      Avantages

      Great technology. Overall nice colleagues to work with. Most of them are very smart and one can learn from them.

      Inconvénients

      The management team was bad. No fair management of the employees, no clear promotion management. Sexist treatment of employees. A lot of things don't work within the company operationally, everybody is aware of them but no one cares to change. Even those at the top.

      Avantages

      Unique Technology & Recently updated. Very good for specific applications and research. Respectable pay and benefits if you don't get RIF'd after your first few months on the job. Technology is as unique as a 3 dollar bill.

      Inconvénients

      Company reduces workforce about every year & is owned by private equity (i.e. - Very unstable/based only on quarterly profits & not individual contributions). High Turnover so DO NOT expect a long career here. Solutions are not valuable to a majority of institutions. The majority of the target market has abandoned the technology due to poor prior experiences and will not reconsider it.
