      Avantages

      Sg VP and management are good! They know how's to growth ppl. They are willing to guide ppl with unselfishly share their knowledge and experience. Good to start your new career life at Fldm. Cross-function learning is a good thing at fldm, can gain lots of experience.

      Inconvénients

      No AWS and bonus are variable. Should increase more benefits for manufacturing branch. Products are limited and market is small.

      Avantages

      Unique Technology & Recently updated. Very good for specific applications and research. Respectable pay and benefits if you don't get RIF'd after your first few months on the job. Technology is as unique as a 3 dollar bill.

      Inconvénients

      Company reduces workforce about every year & is owned by private equity (i.e. - Very unstable/based only on quarterly profits & not individual contributions). High Turnover so DO NOT expect a long career here. Solutions are not valuable to a majority of institutions. The majority of the target market has abandoned the technology due to poor prior experiences and will not reconsider it.
