Avantages

Innovative, relaxed environment, great for entry level positions to gain menial experience. People are nice, especially lower level employees.

Inconvénients

Bare minimum is all you'll get. Staco will promise benefits to negotiate hourly rates down during hiring. Although once you are an employee ,benefits like profit shares, may OR MAY NOT be given, which was the case for the years that I worked for Staco. Every benefit is argued over and FOUGHT for. Each step is a struggle there with "HR", if thats what you want to label it, they are impossible to contact and incoherent when you finally get through. I have no clue what HR does, except belittle and ignore employees that ask questions. If you're smart and work hard, RUN!

Avantages

It is a easy job with low stress, good people, flexible hours. It is not a demanding job.

Inconvénients

A lot of time wasted in meetings. Information isn't shared across departments. There is no concept of employee development. Its a "sweat shop" mentality. Leadership runs on a push system more than a pull strategy. If you have ambition, you will utilize Staco as a stepping stone to your next role. It's a place holder for getting to a better job. HR dept is a big disappointment. Mostly curt & rude & does not interact well with employees. Management is to blame for not mentoring & for allowing this behavior to take place.
