      Avantages

      Best worst toxic work environment, no one has ever done sales but CEO pretends he knows what he is doing. A completely spoiled child who thinks the world should cater to his every need. Throws a hissy fit when he doesn't get his way and his st cries instead of solving any problem

      Inconvénients

      Beware -stacktics changed their name, use to be called stackpros which has never ending bad reviews, use to be also called drvn intelligence which also had bad reviews. Management doesn't even pay on time, changes up commission structure, clients are always angry because no one does what they are asked to do since everyone hates working here, and you will get blamed for other people's laziness. People are always leaving this is as toxic a work environment as it can get, everyone is trying to blame things on someone else and if you're a new employee everyone will try to blame you and will not do anything you ask them to. Also many employees are Neely landed immigrants from India and hate anyone that is not Indian so beware

      We’re sorry to see that you had this trouble building relationships with some of your teammates, Ahsan. While we understand that it can be uncomfortable to voice concerns during your first month, your reporting hierarchy contained no one from the national origins you reference, so we would have hoped to hear you raise some of these concerns to your manager or HR before you stopped showing up to work. Or felt a need to begin making such disparaging, baseless generalizations about our team.       J'ai lu certains avis sur cette plateforme et je comprends les frustrations exprimées par d'anciens employés de Stacktics. Ayant moi-même travaillé là-bas, j'aimerais apporter un point de vue plus nuancé. L'expérience chez Stacktics est indéniablement différente de celle des grandes entreprises. Il est crucial de prendre en compte la taille de l'entreprise, les ressources disponibles et les attentes inhérentes à une organisation plus petite. Ceux qui sont principalement motivés par le salaire ont peu de chances de s'épanouir dans une petite entreprise, et encore moins chez Stacktics. Stacktics exige innovation, esprit critique et contribution active, tout en collaborant étroitement avec une équipe de personnes exceptionnellement talentueuses. Fort d'une expérience entrepreneuriale, j'ai activement recherché ce type d'environnement et je l'ai trouvé incroyablement enrichissant. Vous bénéficiez d'un aperçu direct du processus d'innovation, êtes témoin de la complexité des décisions commerciales à enjeux élevés et vivez tout cela à un rythme exaltant. En travaillant chez Stacktics, vous vous sentirez revigoré, constamment mis au défi et impliqué dans des tâches variées, toutes orientées vers un objectif commun. L'entreprise favorise un environnement dynamique et stimulant intellectuellement, où les employés sont encouragés à s'investir, à faire preuve de créativité et à contribuer concrètement à la mission de l'entreprise. Même si ce poste ne convient pas à tous, ceux qui s'épanouissent dans un environnement entrepreneurial dynamique et animé par le désir d'avoir un impact significatif trouveront probablement Stacktics une expérience particulièrement enrichissante.

      En raison d'un emploi du temps chargé, il a fallu suivre une formation en dehors des heures de travail, contrairement à d'autres organisations
