Thank you for your feedback. We understand there are growing pains as our company has doubled in size in the past two years. By adding more Stackers, we hope it helps support and alleviate the workload between team members. Stack Overflow is continuing to establish ways to improve cross-functional collaboration by having QBRs and monthly AMAs, annual company meetups to discuss business strategy and strengthen relationships, leadership training from external partners, setting clear goals and expectations based on our company's annual goals, and created multi-year DEIB goals to stay accountable. In addition, Stack Overflow has created various initiatives and training to drive better engagement, inclusivity, and belonging. Based on our DEIB data, we’ve seen more women in leadership across the organization and understand we have room for growth in representation.
