Avantages
Nothing good to share, really speechless.
Inconvénients
1. Salary is very very less that to starts with 6000 only with 3yrs of bond. If you break bond you have to pay from 1lakh, 1.5lakh or 2 lakh depends. 2. Treat employee as slaves. If you ask for salary, management will give threatening as take termination letter. (as many people can't pay bond amount)
