Avantages
- Caring, compassionate, individualized culture (flexible hours, unlimited PTO) - Management truly cares about your personal and professional growth - The work is fun and constantly changing (at least in my role), which keeps things interesting - The people you get to work with are truly wonderful, all the way from C-suite to individual contributors. Every one wants to do their absolute best both for the customer and to contribute to the team goals
Inconvénients
These aren't necessarily cons but pieces that make things challenging at times: - We're a bootstrapped start-up, so with that comes some resource limitations (aka we don't have huge corporate budget), but it makes things exciting and keeps things feeling authentic - Cross departmental communication could be better, but it's a constant work in progress
