      Inconvénients

      As more startups, wearing multiple hats, requiring big commitment during the company growth phase.

      Avantages

      Open door policy, WFH flexibility, wear many hats, open communication across the company, complete transparency and plenty to do. So being bored is not an option.

      Inconvénients

      Can be stressful at times but that is a given with any start up. Hard to maintain work/life balance at times.
