Micromanagement is the norm, guidance is inconsistent, and expectations are unclear until they’re enforced retroactively. Onboarding is essentially nonexistent—you’re pushed into delivery with no runway. The codebase leans on quick band-aids over root-cause fixes, with “half-done is done” shipping practices and minimal documentation.
