      Avantages

      Colleagues were great, hybrid working was nice, the office culture was decent although the "organised fun" parts always felt a little half-hearted.

      Inconvénients

      Poor career development, despite being shown a roadmap for moving up the ladder, it never seemed to actually happen. Salaries felt so low and other financial incentives were sparse. No one below management ever felt comfortable or safe in their position. Workload seemed to overwhelm one minute and then dry up the next. Whatever investment they seem to secure disappears swiftly.

      Avantages

      Mission is excellent and teams on the ground are thoroughly dedicated to what they do. Despite all the challenges they are innovative, enthusiastic and really care about making a difference. Cross functional work is great and Dev team is exceptional

      Inconvénients

      Founders failed the transition to becoming C-suite. Whiplash decisions and total absence of change management makes for a fractious work environment. Employee NPS consistently negative. Pay is pretty uncompetitive too
