Perspective commerciale
Avantages
All startups are intense and imperfectly formed and Springpod is no different. It does have a wonderful mission and team though, which for me is the most important thing. I love the problem we're trying to solve and the way we're going about it. There's no shortage of problems to solve and work to do, but it does mean that no two days are the same.
Inconvénients
As we're trying to grow and make a bigger impact it does mean there's a lot of pressure to perform, which at times can be overwhelming. We are all trying to figure it out as we go, so inevitably we make a good number of mistakes, but I think we're getting better day by day.
