      Inconvénients

      No work/life balance. Nepotism runs rampant. Favored employees hostile and toxic attitudes are overlooked because “that’s just the way they are.”

      Avantages

      Overall, the Springer is a lovely place to work. There are great people and the mission is worthwhile.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately the lack of money means leadership is not qualified for their positions and often make poor financial and PR decisions.
