You have the opportunity to succeed here, bringing new and innovative ideas to the table is always welcomed. The leadership knows what they are doing and can be trusted. I feel that i am paid very fairly and rewarded for my hard work. The company is a fun one and people really like to spend time together. That being said, the work/life balance is better than I've seen at most companies.

None that I can think of.

Cool office space inside a WeWork facility with beer on tap and occasional free snacks. Friendly and easy to get along with San Francisco team. The salary was pretty nice and more than I was expecting.

The engineering team could be managed better as there didn't seem to be a sense of urgency when it came to assigning bug/feature tickets. The two offices (San Francisco and Irvine) seems to be pretty separated. A lot of the features and bug fixes that were completed and reviewed would just sit in the pull request list for a long period of time, some never even being merged. Being at the SF office for this company felt like the child that was never wanted. The SF office assumed that we were going to be laid off at the end of September because our lease in the building was up at the end of the month and no one from the upper management had the decency to tell us if we were going to move to a smaller office or not renew the lease at all. The CEO arrives a few days before the lease is up to tell us that we were all being laid off.
