Fun and casual "small business" culture

In any small business you need to have flexibility, initiative, and intelligence to see things through to completion, independently of a supervisor micromanaging you. Some people will struggle with this since this can be more challenging than a corporate environment where you are responsible for a very small element of a larger chain of operations.
Pay is somewhat less than you'd make at a large corporation

Inconvénients
Owner is a bit quirky.
First interview is like speed dating, You and several other candidates spend 5-10 minutes with multiple "Springboarders" who will ask you very personal, intrusive questions like "What was your largest purchase in the past year?" and "What was the scariest experience you've ever had?" None of the questions are designed to see if you are qualified for the job, but rather whether you will fit into their culture. Everyone gets asked the same questions regardless of what job they applied for.
