      Avantages

      * Not 'yet another ed-tech start-up'. People here really care about the students and creating a product that makes a difference in their lives. * Lots of freedom to take ownership and try out your ideas. Fast paced and willing to experiment, yet sensible and balanced * Fun!!! Really great, genuinely nice people that you like hanging out with. * Flexibility. Getting your work done is more important than where you get it done from

      Inconvénients

      * Growing pains-big mission, big dreams, growing rapidly - figuring out what internal structures will support our growth * Constantly running out of meeting rooms! Alas, we had to encroach the sacred library space last time

      Totally agree with you — such a great group of people and, yes, some growth-related challenges (... a good problem to have! :-)) We are actively exploring space solutions for 2019!
