Avantages

+ A great learning culture that prioritizes getting things done + People on the team genuinely like one another + Founders care deeply about team and product + Mission and vision of the startup clearly defined--a path forward is clear to see +++ Great amounts of company snacks

Inconvénients

- Distributed team makes it hard to coordinate certain projects - It's an early stage startup--that means lots of room to grow, but also means that there is a lot of work to go around that needs to be dealt with imminently.
