Avantages
Firstly, I loved the camp ministry and evangelism aspect.
In addition, I had a really phenomenal boss who took care of all who were on the team that I gained some really good friends through my boss ensuring I wasn't eating alone. I know camp can be a challenge, but I can say with certainty my boss led well and balanced needed accountability with concern and compassion for the people on the team.
The best, but hardest thing was that my coworkers cared to challenge me to grow beyond where I was at. They chose to know me to know that it was with the best intentions they addressed what I needed to change.
Inconvénients
I think that the hardest part was the constant shift and the challenges associated with camp, but the experience is worth it.
