      Vacation accrual, flexible, helping people.

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management, direct care staff aren’t compensated anywhere near what they should be, lack of appreciation by administration, favoritism, and so much more.

      You can gets lots of overtime

      The kids attack you , the pay is low , you have to work a lot of hours for a decent paycheck
