Avantages

Managers are fine. Coworkers are nice although there isn’t a ton of interaction or bonding. People that work here want to succeed

Inconvénients

They are cheaaaaaaaap! You will not get paid decently here. December across the board sales were down to due to new compliance laws, high rates, trial and error with systems implementation etc. The company didn’t take any of that into consideration and 3/4 of the sales force didn’t get commissions. They got their measly $14.00 an hour. For a professional position dealing with one of the most important decisions a person can make. We couldn’t even qualify to get the loans we’re selling because the pay is so pitiful. The owner Jerry just comes on to meetings, tells a few stupid jokes then says we’re slow you guys need to improve. No consideration for the families that work for him.

Avantages

Decent work life balance. Good opportunities to earn commissions

Inconvénients

Very low base comp Management is out of touch with reality. They recently announced that they are moving the office to Philly, which is going to make a lot of people's commutes much worse, and will increase costs for employees. This was done in a very unempathetic way, the CEO didn't care at all about the downsides and thinks people should be excited about the new office because it has cold brew on tap. Benefits are terrible. The employer contribution to our insurance premiums are way below market rate.
