      Avantages

      Directors are appreciative and regularly recognize your work. Supervisors do not believe in micro management. You own your work, your work doesn't own you. Coworkers become your extended family. They don't hire bottom of the barrel folks. Supervisors and Directors are very transparent and communicative.
