      Nice people. Fairly laid back culture. Seasonal.

      Inconvénients

      Run like a non-profit, though executives are compensated inordinately. Lower level employees are, respectively, worked inordinately more.

      Avantages

      I work as a remote, adjunct professor of social work. The department is great and supportive. I really enjoy working there.

      Inconvénients

      Being remote leaves me a bit less connected to other faculty, but their monthly meetings really help with this.

      Avantages

      It’s pretty decent working here. Schedule is fairly flexible work is pretty light. Do your job and it should go smoothly!

      Inconvénients

      20 hour a week cap due to university policy.
