Avantages
Company is in a much better place than it was 2 years ago. Management actually listens to ideas/proposals. Best practices are coming in. Remote work is available and pretty flexible. It is a good place for anyone willing to learn and spend some time promoting positive change. Colleagues are great to work with, and you feel appreciated when you are doing your job with care and attention. There are a lot of challenges with legacy code and leftover practices, but they are fading away. Benefits package is decent. Parties and team buildings are great (not the usual cringe stuff).
Inconvénients
New office is nice inside, but not a great location (massive traffic jams in Sofia, difficult to find parking space). Remote work saves this from being terrible.
