No vision for the product; HoE is firefighting style with micro-management. It does not matter that you created something that works with no issues. You get recognized when you create anything but fast, and if it will fail. Then - fixing it makes you a hero. Dirty hacks are a way to go.

There are no pros there .....

I had a very disappointing experience working at Sportingtech. The work environment is poor, with a noticeable lack of professionalism and fairness. It often feels like your job security depends more on personal relationships with management than on your actual performance or skills. The workload is heavy, yet there is little recognition or support. The overall atmosphere is stressful and discouraging, making it difficult to stay motivated. Another major issue is the company’s inconsistent treatment of employees based on location. There is a strong push for people in Sofia to be in the office, while employees in Plovdiv seem to be overlooked and receive fewer opportunities or benefits. Overall, I would not recommend working here. The management practices, lack of transparency, and negative work culture make it a place to avoid.
