      Avantages

      Great company and products, the corporate teams marketing teams and support are fantastic.

      Inconvénients

      If you are not in sales you are not included in most enablement activities and events. A very sales focused organisation. APAC Marketing leadership is minimal.

      Avantages

      Great compensation and time off. No micromanagement. Great product that's known for its strength and solid brand

      Inconvénients

      Lack of definitive direction with Cisco and old and outdated game plan. Competitors have caught up and sometimes surpassed Splunk leaving Splunkers looking for a new strategy; very small territories, incompetent hires in some management roles
