Management is a total mess- constantly changing- sometimes department has none and the supervisors are pushed to fill in. Poor work life balance. Schedule is inconsistent, locations worked inconsistent, roles and responsibilities ever changing as company is run as a start up- not a medical facility. Management expects csr staff to resolve client issues on their own and tolerable verbal harassment. Staff in department is constantly changing- more veteran staff constantly compensating for imbalance.
