The talented and friendly people within the company you get to speak to and learn from on a day-to-day basis. The flexibility and benefits are also a nice positive.

Communication can often be challenging. There have been murmurings about bullying and a lack of empathy from certain individuals in higher management, which often went unaddressed. Overall this created an unprofessional environment and culture which did not reflected what was advertised about the studio. It was often hard to feel supported or defended, particularly when issues raised.

Great benefits, massive sense of ownership of the content you produce, with decent amount of creative control. A lot is being done to give everyone a real understanding of the direction, progress and accomplishments across departments and the project as a whole. You do see the bigger picture and where your work fits into it. Incredible wealth of experience and skill of senior staff, without a sense of detachment or ego issues - folks are friendly, open and not overly formal.
