-Your pay is extremely unbalanced. I worked for the company for 3 years as a full time employee and got paid 13$. Once a new manager started working she hired all her friends that got paid $14 right away. Also, she hired someone who was the same position as me and got paid $17/hr, which is crazy. -A lot of pressure with no sense of direction -They expect sales with zero marketing or help from upper management -Almost no communications between home office and store
