      Avantages

      Free snacks and fruits. Nothing else.

      Inconvénients

      Management is damn poor. Hell lot of politics. Termination rate is very high (not on the basis of performance but only politics) Every month atleast 2 people get terminated. They will never investigate if their closed ones play politics against you. They will straight away fire you. NO JOB SECURITY even if you perform well. Some people are un-necessarly over paid and some get no perks while giving their more than best!

      Avantages

      Everyone was so nice The people in corporate truly wanted us to succeed and did everything they could to ensure our success. The pay was pretty good.

      Inconvénients

      Miscommunication was common Opportunities were not open to everyone.
