Avantages

Opportunity to promote change in the company. Very open door and CEO is only a phone call away.

Inconvénients

Poor communication! Some of the senior management isn't good; with constant change and zero guidance, you never know what promotions or new rules are being invoked. One senior manager is so toxic, everyone is warned about her because she chooses to be mean to literally everyone in the company.
