      Avantages

      I loved my team, I loved the remote workplace, I loved the envirment and the work. I mostly had a positive experience because my team was so great.

      Inconvénients

      You should not bring on a cohort of fresh graduates looking to start their careers if you're going to restructure and lay them off within the year. Also, outsourcing creative work to a system of freelancers is a crazy rush to the bottom for a CREATIVE agency.
