This company is the worst company to work for from an accounting/internal audit role. It does not surprise me that Charter committed fraud a few years ago and now have extra reporting requirements to the SEC. Their internal audit testing is elementary at best and management is an absolute disaster. Being acquired by Charter was the worst possible thing for TWC. No more jeans, summer hours, pension, working from home, and they micro-manage. If you are looking to leave the Big 4, don't come here, it is run the same way. They even are getting rid of the great "open-door" policy TWC had in place where any level felt comfortable discussing questions and concerns. Charter is a silo and you will get a slap on the wrist for "skip-level" discussions. If you are looking to join this company, don't. Run in the opposite direction.
