      Avantages

      There are some knowledgeable people there, on the shop floor! Clean canteen, toilets and offices are always clean and tidy.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management Middle management Engineers still wet behind the ears.. they’re not engineers they’re just draughtsman playing with a drawing package. Yet they still make mistakes. Massive divide between upstairs and downstairs. Management bully the shop floor with everything, yet the shop floor get them out of trouble every time. HR won’t get involved unless there is a real is that shows they’re no good at what they do. They just cover up and stick with management. You have to literally kick certain people up the bottom to do anything.

      Avantages

      A 4-day work week is super nice, but I would rather work at a company with a 5-day work week that pays much better and values its employees.

      Inconvénients

      No growth opportunities, and the pay is terrible. The workload is too much for the lack of people on the team, and you don't get a bonus, no matter how hard you work. The company preaches growth opportunities and brags about how they are growing and always exceeding profit goals, but if you aren't high enough in the company, you won't be rewarded for it. I would say 80% of the employees are underpaid, and it's only a 2%-3% raise each year.
