      Avantages

      Flexible hours in the DSP program. Due to understaffing, overtime is easy to get. Excellent managers.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, getting mandated when people call in, burnout, being understaffed. COVID has made it hard for us to have staff meetings, which causes a breakdown in the sense of teamwork that we could otherwise have.

      Avantages

      Great coworkers, wonderful supervisors, flexible schedule, 40 hour work week (hourly pay), benefits, great insurance, hybrid.

      Inconvénients

      Increasing workload, high work stress, unrealistic deadlines, lower pay.
