      Avantages

      Everyone at SPNC is friendly and the work is always fast paced. It's hard to get bored working here. Company morale is great, even when working with difficult challenges. People are innovative and driven.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes the company seems a little short on people, which can lead to some stress, but overall, Spectranetics seems to be improving over time. They have really bounced back from bigger challenges in the past.

      Great compensation, Spots of friendly co-workers

      Inconvénients

      On the job training is non-existent. No employee development, No upward mobility, FDA warning letter, Co-workers will highlight any issues found and report it immediately to management instead of working as a team to confront issues.
