      Avantages

      You can make great relationships working for this company both internally and externally. It is so much fun watching this company grow and be an industry thought leader. My favorite part about working here is that I can wear so many hats and that I am gaining experience in things that I would never have the chance to at another company. I think that is true professional development. Working for a small company like this is like having a second family. They truly care about their employees wellbeing.

      Inconvénients

      PTO is not great. Can be a clicky environment. Also, I didn't win the big basket at the raffle at the SPL birthday party in the casino this year sadly. Maybe next year ;).

      Avantages

      This was a nice and fun work environment with a company that had a clear mission and clear goals. They valued their employees and presented many opportunities for learning and personal growth through sites like Udemy and by hosting lunch-and-learns on a variety of topics.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the benefits could be improved, and the 401K representative in particular (at the time) was not a nice person to work with. He made some mistakes sharing confidential information.
