      Constant work, 4 on 4 off

      Inconvénients

      Too much work for too little staff, lackadaisical attitude to repair and service of trucks and constant overuse of relaxed tachograph rules for recovery, wages are diabolical

      Avantages

      4on 4off shifts plenty of varied work

      Inconvénients

      Long hours 70+ hours in 4 shifts,poor equipment not legal or adequate to do the jobs sent out to,making people look foolish,penny pinching wages to save money,dismissive attitude to problems,they tell you that your a trouble maker and that you're a liar if you raise concerns with management
