      Management expecting work in good quality and fast despite lack of resources. To be expected your workload increases every single day. Clear backlog everyday. There are issues with favoritism, staff conflicts, and tasks being unfairly pushed onto others. These factors contribute to a frustrating work environment. Do not join this company!!

      Colleagues are supportive and talented. Industry exposure can be good if you're proactive.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is disorganized and reactive rather than strategic. No clear career growth path, with promotions often based on favoritism. Work-life balance is poor, with expectations to be available outside of working hours. Leadership does not understand sales and sales strategy - extremely number focused and whiplash management of teams
