      Avantages

      Moderately good benefits coverage, you can find some good employees who are really subject matter experts, some are just pretending.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic culture especially for all India locations, processes are just formalities, but never enforced. All of the company's efforts are focused in India too, but they claimed to be a global company. People don't care about work life balance opposite to what they keep on promoting in their social media accounts. Practice what you preach.

      Colleagues are supportive and talented. Industry exposure can be good if you're proactive.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is disorganized and reactive rather than strategic. No clear career growth path, with promotions often based on favoritism. Work-life balance is poor, with expectations to be available outside of working hours. Leadership does not understand sales and sales strategy - extremely number focused and whiplash management of teams
