      the team is good and generally the other employees are nice people. Hours are flexible

      Inconvénients

      Monster like power tripping director, dictator style orders, unfair demands of work load, mean to employees and talks down to people. Wrong management style for local culture Large turnover, many staff leaving, low team and employee morale

      Colleagues are supportive and talented. Industry exposure can be good if you're proactive.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is disorganized and reactive rather than strategic. No clear career growth path, with promotions often based on favoritism. Work-life balance is poor, with expectations to be available outside of working hours. Leadership does not understand sales and sales strategy - extremely number focused and whiplash management of teams
