Spakinect stands out among other employers I've worked for when it comes to employee engagement. The culture is warm, welcoming, and genuine. Everyone shows up ready to give 110% to our patients, our clients, and their team members. "Explore" is a component of our mission, vision and values, and I see it in action every day. Our clinical, operations, and sales teams are all focused on improving their expertise by learning from each other, from experts in the field, and experimenting with new technology. At the same time, this is a team of professionals that has high expectations for each other. Continuous improvement is a core part of the culture and I believe a key reason why Spakinect is the leader in its space.

There are pros and cons to a fully remote environment. In my phase of life, remote works for me, but there are moments when I wish we could just get in a room to white board out some ideas.

The entire team is amazing! We have employees who work from home across the United States and the culture is so positive. Everyone is eager to collaborate and help one another. We serve clients and patients across multiple states and help medical spas scale services safely and efficiently. Spakinect is a family-owned company and they prioritize work-life balance and understand the importance of putting family first.

My only con is I love human interaction and working remotely can be a little isolating sometimes.
