Source4Nurses has been flexible with meeting my needs for scheduling and offering me opportunities to grow my skill set. Hourly compensation is high compared to other nurse's working with their RN in the school setting. Snow days, holidays, and working day shift - can't beat it!
Inconvénients
Independent Contracting means no benefits. This can be a con to some, but having them provided by a family member makes this the perfect position for me. The hourly compensation is excellent for a day shift nurse without holidays, weekends, and safe snow days!
