      shady practices by management between employees, very inconsistent, makes up rules and positions as they go no true structure

      The only bad thing is the benefits package. Very expensive bc company is small

      Avantages

      good co workers, good work life balance, day goes by fast with amount of calls you have to make. can make decent bonus if you surpass monthly fee goal

      Inconvénients

      have to share a bathroom with another company in the building so often filthy. must hit monthly goals or will get written up , then fired. micro managing , low hourly pay. favoritism in management ,
