      Avantages

      Paid vacation, paid holidays, personal days, 403(b), competitive salary considering it's a non-profit. It was a great place to work.

      Inconvénients

      The only true con is that members sometimes die, leaving a void in your life. Employees really become attached to regular members.

      Avantages

      Sound Generations staff was easy to coordinate trainings with. Staff supported my role and the program responsively, efficiently all while fostering meaning for participants.

      Inconvénients

      My experience was limited in scope simply because I was a contracted instructor. I did not experience Sound Generations as a traditional employee.
