      Avantages

      Bij Sortlist staan 4 kernwaarden centraal: team, talent, transparency en trust. Ik heb een heel leerrijke periode achter de rug. Daarnaast wordt er veel geïnvesteerd in persoonlijke groei en fun, wat ik persoonlijk een heel groot pluspunt vind.

      Inconvénients

      Sortlist is een internationaal team, dat zorgt ervoor dat je met vele collega's enkel digitaal kunt communiceren. Dat is soms jammer.

      Highly sales-driven organization with ambitious yet attainable targets. Excellent sales training for recent college graduates.

      Inconvénients

      OTE is low for SaaS, no product-market fit, agressive way of selling due to targets, inexperienced mgmt team, ..
