+ Free lunch (there's even options to choose from). + While most employees at Sorteo Tec are older, the department of informatics is full of young and dynamic people, usually recent CS graduates. + All employees have access to and encouraged to join health programs.
Inconvénients
+ We work part-time on Saturdays. + Not much of a chance to advance your career if you're a CS graduate.
