Most of the reviews on here are not accurate because the Marketing rep bribed the staff to post positive reviews. The company had no human resources rep or department, the district managers are unqualified and lack leadership skills to develop strong leaders. The company pays very poorly and demands a lot of results and time. Work life balance is a struggle since they are constantly understaffed, at almost all locations. It is nearly impossible to find qualified hires to work for 8/HR so there is constant training and coaching, almost like babysitting. People call out and quit without notice regularly. Sales goals are reasonable, however you are required to market your location for no extra compensation using your own car and mileage and gas is not paid for. You are also told to use your own social media to find new hires and promote the company. The hours are long and you don't get breaks and many labor laws and safety regulations are not followed.
