Avantages
If you are a fresher then you get to learn things. Opportunity to have experience in new concepts, work under tremendous pressure. Seniors (very few in number) try to help within their limit.
Inconvénients
Very poor payment policy in terms of job nature. No salary structure, tries to pretend about poor business to convince engineers to stay in little salary. Employees don't get increment and bonuses in due time. Management to ignore employee benefits and always keeps pushing for deliveries within unjustified time duration even they do not follow any weekend culture or work schedule. Not recommended for experts.
