Avantages
1. Visionary and Strong Leadership 2. Great culture (Might vary team to team, country to country) 3. Great Learning as the company is growing. People with right attitude (get things done) are recognised and awarded with growth 4. Great compensation (as far as Indian market and companies are concerned) 5. Focus on People development (from skill perspective)
Inconvénients
1. Some people in India on Mid-Level are just "managers" who just manage BAU (Improvement is not their cup of tea) 2. Too much of bureaucracy in day to day work 3. Indian office is runs like an seperate entity 4. Poor transparency and communication 5. No clear growth path on individual level
