      Avantages

      Empowerment, freedom to create, to fail, to learn. Still lots to do around being a Services company which is good from the innovation perspective.

      Inconvénients

      Replication of the global strategy to other countries not as big as the US or Germany. Global Directors need to learn and understand much more about LATAM markets

      Slow internal processes, over committing/under delivering, reselling is a nightmare here, Many customers are leaving due to poor experience the past few years
