Management is very young and unseasoned. This leads to poor decisions being made on the fly. Very immature services offering. They are lacking in their overall services coverage. I interviewed for one role but was expected to do something completely different. Information is very tribal. It isn't readily published. You have to know who to ask and em what to ask. They have very few defined processes and work flows.
